The Dalo buildings design breaks totally new ground in the construction sector. It aims at improving the living environment by proposing new buildings with aesthetic curves to enhance the sites.

Our technology is based on the specific technical performances of the roof, made out of high-resistance composite, which is combined with an aluminium and steel structure.

The polymer complex is used to create roofs with new, pure and crisp, curved lines. It allows architectural freedom to create shapes and represents a very powerful enhancement of roof surfaces.

Looking after the environment

Thermal insulation is vital when it comes to both user comfort and energy conservation. With that in mind we focus on high performance building insulation, which is linked to a heated floor system and ventilation. We ensure high levels of insulation by driving down the thermal coefficients in the building envelope, namely the ceiling, walls and floor deck.The outer envelope is created by walls incorporating rock wool, offering a very good thermal insulation. Large glazed windows ensure there is plenty of light and create an attractive feature in the facade of the building.

Throughout design process we carefully select materials that will optimise energy costs while ensuring a long-lasting building.
