Looking after the environment
Thermal insulation is vital when it comes to both user comfort and energy conservation. With that in mind we focus on high performance building insulation, which is linked to a heated floor system and ventilation. We ensure high levels of insulation by driving down the thermal coefficients in the building envelope, namely the ceiling, walls and floor deck.
The outer envelope is created by walls incorporating rock wool, offering a very good thermal insulation. Large glazed windows ensure there is plenty of light and create an attractive feature in the façade of the building.
Throughout design process we carefully select materials that will optimise energy costs while ensuring a long-lasting building.
